Where is Prestige Auto Works located?
We are located in the Ras Al Khor Industrial Area, Dubai, just off the Ras Al Khor Road (E44). Our workshop is easily accessible from Al Quoz, Al Barsha, and Business Bay, with ample parking available on-site.
What are your working hours?
We are open Saturday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are closed on Fridays. For urgent repairs, we offer a drop-off service where you can leave your vehicle with us after hours and we will begin work the next morning.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and Apple Pay. All prices are quoted in AED and include 5% VAT. We also offer 0% instalment plans through Tabby and Postpay for repairs over 1,000 AED.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes. All repairs carried out at Prestige Auto Works come with a warranty: 12 months or 20,000 km for mechanical repairs, 24 months for AC repairs, and a limited lifetime warranty on chassis and structural work. Warranty terms are clearly stated on your invoice.
Do I need to book an appointment?
While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend booking an appointment to guarantee a slot. You can book via our website, call us directly, or WhatsApp us. We typically accommodate same-day bookings for oil changes and minor diagnostics in the Ras Al Khor workshop.
Do you service all car makes and models?
Yes, we service all makes and models including American, European, Japanese, and Korean vehicles. Our technicians are trained on a wide range of vehicles from Toyota and Nissan to BMW, Mercedes, Tesla, and Porsche. We cater to the diverse Dubai market.
