How do you price your services?
All our prices are quoted in AED and include labour, parts, and 5% VAT. We provide a detailed written estimate before starting any work and require your approval. Our labour rate is 150 AED per hour for general repairs and 200 AED per hour for specialised work like chassis repair and EV diagnostics.
What warranty do you offer on parts and labour?
We offer a 12-month or 20,000 km warranty on all mechanical repairs and replacement parts. AC repairs carry a 24-month warranty. Chassis and structural work has a limited lifetime warranty. Parts supplied by customers carry only a labour warranty. All warranty terms are clearly documented on your invoice.
Do you offer service packages or discounts?
Yes, we offer seasonal service packages like our Summer AC Check (299 AED) and Winter Car Care package. Do you match prices from other garages in Dubai?
We strive to offer the best value for money in the Ras Al Khor area. If you receive a lower written quote from a comparable garage for the same service using equivalent parts, we will do our best to match it. Quality of work and genuine parts are never compromised for price.
Do you accept insurance claims?
Yes, we work with all major insurance companies in the UAE. We can handle the claim process for accident-related repairs including chassis work, bodywork, and mechanical repairs. We provide insurance estimates free of charge and assist with all the paperwork at our Ras Al Khor location.
